Our spacious rooms are equipped with color TV with free HBO, refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker, premium cable channel, shower/tub combination, individual climate control, iron and ironing board. These guestrooms are the perfect setting for families traveling to the Cape for a memorable vacation and connecting rooms are also available for large families.

King Rooms - 320 square feet
These guestrooms feature pool, lot view or a view of downtown main street and each king room has a color TV with free HBO, refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker, premium cable channel, shower/tub combination, individual climate control, iron and ironing board. Additional Room Information

Reservations & Cancellation Policies:
Your must be over 21 years of age and must have a valid ID and credit card in your name in order to check-in under MA law. All reservations are considered non-guaranteed until we receive the first night’s deposit. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of booking. Reservations will be cancelled if the credit card is invalid.

There will be a ten dollar ($10) charge for any cancellation and if you cancel within seven days of your arrival date, the entire deposit is forfeited.
