Guarantee Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure the date and time of your function. Charges will be based on your guarantee or the actual guest count, whichever is greater.

All private functions must be paid in full in advance. All food and beverage served on premises must be provided by the hotel. Menu planning, room set up and other pertinent details must be arranged at least 14 days prior to the event. All food and beverage items and services are subject to a customary 18% service charge and 7% Massachusetts State Sales Tax. We prepare 5% over your guarantee number.
