Reservations & Cancellation Policies:
Your must be over 21 years of age and must have a valid
ID and credit card in your name in order to check-in
under MA law. All reservations are considered non-guaranteed
until we receive the first night’s deposit. Your
credit card will be charged within 24 hours of booking.
Reservations will be cancelled if the credit card is
invalid.
There will be a ten dollar ($10) charge for any cancellation
and if you cancel within seven days of your arrival
date, the entire deposit is forfeited.
